| Orientations Orientations are held before the beginning of the league season. All team captains are required to attend orientation. The deposit for the team is to be paid during orientation. The remaining balance is due before your teams first game. |

| THE PURPOSE OF THE LEAGUE The Man Up Flag Football League knows that flag football is a growing past time sport for young and older men all over. Noticing that men of all ages would come together to play a game of football, the league decided to capitalize on the sport and step it up by showing that young and older men can still be men by coming together in the name of Jesus Christ and playing the game that they love. |
